preying mantis love to hang out in my lavender plants. in the green foliage they are perfectly camouflaged. or maybe they just love the heavenly scent of lavender, like me.

Cool! I was going to take a picture of the praying mantis I found in my weeds yesterday... but it was a little too grizzly... it was eating a tree frog and the poor thing was not dead! Those bugs are something. I wonder how it felt on the skin S?
Tell S I would never let it crawl on me, so he's a hero in my book!
